I woke up one morning and weighed myself and I was 168.5. That close to 170, a number that I have always said I will never break. I have been dreaming of getting down to 140 or below for years. It's time to stop dreaming and start doing!
I will be doing this the healthy way.
1000-1200 calories a day
working out as much as possible (I am a huge couch potato)
CW: 168.5
GW1: 160
GW2: 150
UGW: 140
and we will see from there... :)
